Pancake Cylinder Descriptions

Single-acting pancake lock nut cylinders are designed for use in compact constructions. The safety locking nut design applies to mechanical load supporting, and the special load-bearing system is capable of withstanding 3% side load. The overflow port functions as a stroke limiter.

• Single Acting: Load return, mechanical lock nut ensures long-time supporting safety.
• Load Support: The load can be supported for a long time after the hydraulic pressure is released.
• Visible Indicator: A visible indicator reminds the operator at max stroke.
• Overflow Port: Limits the stroke to prevent the piston rod from over-travel.
• Stroke Limiter: Overflow port functions as a stroke limiter and features replaceable standard hard groove saddle.
• Special Composite Coating: Reduces friction and corrosion resistance.
• Side-Load Bearing Design: Special bearing design withstands side-loads up to 5% of the rated load.
• Standard Accessories: 3/8”-18NPT coupler and dust cap included on all models.
